SOC1-167: Added bootrom to gitignore and created basic bootrom socsim script to check bootrom generation

SOC1-167: Updated filelist to lead to successful simulaiton compilation and added system simulation socsim script

SOC1-164: Added Stimulus to run on secworks accelerator (requires padding to be done before hand) and added additional hardware modules and simulation scripts to get succesful simulation

SOC1-143: Stimulus for wrapper and system tests not stored at top-level. SoCSim scripts now call stimgen before running simulation

Updated Hash Model 32bit AHB Output Generation and generated 512 bit Stimulus and Reference to use with Wrapper Tests

Changed sourceme behaviour to find other sourceme files and changed order of words written out of python model for system stimulus

ATO2-24: Added Testbench for ID Validator. Further Verification needs adding to check ID missmatch conditions
