Began the communication over TCP with the robobin and the app. Focusing on just one app instance for now but I will need to do more than 1

The graphs actually look quite clean right now, the scaling aspect will need to be made independent from the other axis (e.g. shrinking the horizontal shoulnd't affect the length of the graph, just the width).

okay so it looks like the problem with  the "ObjectDisposed" exception is related to accessing characteristics after they have been discarded, solution might be to have the "SCAN" be sent dring the scan wifi networks method, and just use the service saved instead of saving charactersitics.

App now has a basic structure and BLE support
