added VRMenu.cs and its prefab, moved Sounds folder into Resources.

released V1.3 fixed teleportation locomotion mode and constraints the audio sphere to freeze its position and rotation (floats but doesnt move around), no more laggy, maybe can increase fidelity (parameters) and enable more settings like directivity.

v1.4 VR menu (smooth turn now works, a button for menu hide/unhide&recenter, b button to play/pause music) is now fully functional. Added another sound (singing ringtone)
