Switch to 4x4 package CC2650

So.  First, I think I had the 7x7 package?  Or did I have the 4x4
package to start with?  I don't know.  Anyway.  I've always had the 4x4
pinout, and the chips that I've ordered are the 4x4 ones so.  That's
what we're doing.
