Update the MATLAB implementation of the optimal frequency domain observation filter

A bug was fixed to allow the use of source strength power spectral density matrices with negative values. This is needed because the cross-spectral densities (off-diagonal terms) will definitely have negative imaginary values since the matrix is Hermitian.

The argument srcCsd was also changed to Svv to follow the formulations presented in documents better.
