redirect on initial load to organise if on larger display not working yet

you can no longer try and join a microcosm without a name set, which would lead to no data being stored

as couch and pouch dont like spaces they are now removed

also had to start to edit custom evens to Kebab case (new rule - Vue3 prep too)

delighful / QoL update to focus microcosm field after inputing name (still need form validation mind)

better styling and using same onboarding component so less duplication of code / content copy
