This was some simple fixes that might help with new users

to help guide onboarding I added numbers to the nodes (connections will also double down on this)

Updated so that the Sandbox view is now the default  starting view, which has more features

Added basic URL support. Syntax is baseurl.com/microcosm/microcosmname

If you have already assigned an object name on that device you will auto join, if you do not have one or localStorage is empty you will need to assign one.

microcosm and object name are now visible in the controlsLayer.vue component

Now pressing enter also progresses straight to microcosm

fixed button on onboarding to stop Safari refresh

Added the BaseButton and then removed the components CanvasLayer and Debug as now either being rebuilt (CanvasLayer) or moved to ControlsLayer
