Include .bib examples and change to using biblatex

Examples included from original template would help people to use bibtex properly. bibtemplates.zip

However natbib is the current implementation of the bibliography and this is less in favor. Perhaps a switch to biblatex is pertinent.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
