Bibliography style file used in instructions missing

The uos.bst file attached is only used for the bibliography in the instructions but is not included in the repo.

It is based of a 20 year old plainnat.bst and heralds to when URLs were new things in bibliographies. natbib is now more advanced and can handle doi and eid too

The reference to it in the instructions needs to be replaced ultimately. But uos.bst is attached to this issue until then. It is already corrected in the main repository
