Consider peer-to-peer authentication

In order to be able to track PROV when requesting data from other instances of PEDASI it is necessary that we have a uniform representation of users that may be transferred between instances. This representation should not convey unnecessary information for GDPR reasons.

UUID (esp. UUID 3 / 5) would be well suited to this.
