A description of how to install AmpScan on your local machine and begin development.

AmpScan is not yet available through PyPi so pip install will not retreive the package. Instead, clone the git repository into from your local machine using the gitlab online GUI or the command line from *git@git.soton.ac.uk:js22g12/AmpScan.git .
