Glossary Links offset
When using the glossary as documented, the page numbers in the glossary are correct, but the link on the page numbers are offset by the number of pages within the front matter.
This issue is caused by a configuration in hyperref and can be resolved easily, please check: https://tex.stackexchange.com/a/21722
I have verified that these changes produce correct results.
