Declaration of Authorship & Previously Published Papers

The declaration of authorship section doesn't cope too well with more than a small handful of previously published works. Although the 7th item in the enumerate correctly wraps onto a subsequent page (along with the space for signature & date) the main part of the declaration of authorship (now on the previous page) is incorrectly position on the page (with an incorrect amount of vertical padding). A \newpage at the start of the \authorshipdeclaration{...} section is a partial fix, but this places the page-break between "Parts of this work have been published as:..." and the first bibentry.

(I've personally swapped to use BibLaTeX & \fullcite{} - but this happens with either).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
