Create ready-to-use templates

There are no building instructions: a non-expert does not understand how to create a template, nor which LaTeX packages are required.

Could you please reorganise the repository so that each subdirectory has all the necessary files to build a template?

Or maybe create ready-to-use zip releases? For example, I am attaching one for the report template.
