Differences 2000/1 -> 2014/15 (Activity Codes)

We have noted the following new/amended codes:

1. 111 Sleep: In bed not asleep
2. 1100 Main job: unspecified main job
3. 3110 Food preparation and baking (baking was separate)
4. 3713 Shopping for and ordering clothing via the internet - we think this may be a typo as it probably should be 3723 as it was in 2000/1
5. 39** & 427* & 4282/3 'help others' - a number of changes
6. 5246 listening to music in a library - removed
7. 7140 - 7190 - new codes
8. 7251 Skype or other video call
9. 7260 (2000) -> 7170 (2014)?
10. 91*, 94* & 96* & 98* travel coding changes
11. 9999 Queryable
